Directly deals with the clients either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Greet clients warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling and respond promptly to their inquiries.
Meeting and interviewing clients to establish the firm's suitability to provide the necessary advice and services, based on the firm's specialism and likely cost.
Taking a client's instructions.
Advising a client on the law and legal issues relating to their case.
Provides law/legal updates to retainer clients as part of the legal services that we provide.

Arranging and attending further client meetings where necessary to progress with the case and finalize documentation.
Checking all documentation prior to signing and implementing.
Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the law by reading journals and law reports.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.


Perform general secretarial duties, including meeting, scheduling, appointment set up, fax, and e-mails.
Accepts letters and packages delivered to the front desk and distribute them to the appropriate personnel.
