● Quantity take off and Finalizing the BOQ with the approval of the Contracts Manager and liable for Tender Submission (Technical & Commercial).
● Study the Specifications of the Awarded project;
● Send Request for Quotations to Sub contractors and Suppliers; Evaluates quotations obtained
from different suppliers and sub contractors.
● Prepare comparison sheets against the submitted quotations.
● Finalize with Sub Contractors/Suppliers assessing to the budget price after the approval of the
General Manager
● Submit to Consultant for initial approval of Suppliers and Subcontractors;
● Prepare Sub Contractors payments certificate.

● Involved in pre-contract; and post contract works for the projects;
● Validate school buildings status;
● Prepare scope of works, Organize plans and drawings;
● Preparation of bill of quantities, materials specifications and cost estimates;
● Fill-up and complete bidding documents; as the Project is funded by Japan Bank for
International Cooperation (JBIC) and the World Bank(WB) the documents were ensured to be
in compliance to their prescribed Procurement Guidelines.
● Assist the Bids and Award Committee (BAC) in opening of bids, evaluation and in
Recommendation for awards;
● Assist the BAC in processing the contracts; Program scheduling and monitoring of projects;
● Work supervision and preparation of related reports;
● Prepare bi-monthly accomplishment report;
● Attend clarification meetings, negotiate with client for extra work;
● Prepare and issue Job Site Instructions(JSIs);
● Recommend disciplinary and remedial actions against erring, underperforming, and non-
performing contractors;
● Validate contractor’s statement of work accomplishment and review progress billing
