•Process and send documents to head office Bills Department for payment of deliveries.
•Gives penalties to supplier’s which incurs late deliveries.
•Facilitates stock Organization of the warehouse and cleanliness of the warehouse areas
•Responsible for the Disposal of Unclaimed, Expired, and Bad Stocks with the aid of (BSDR) Bad Stock Disposal Report approved.
•Submits report such a Scarp sales report, Free goods monitoring report and Office supplies monthly requests.
Responsible to monitor the crew, tasked to do the monitoring and ensuring the orders of the costumers. Unsure the products to be delivered to different outlets/branches.
