Office Manager
Efficiently and independently supervises day-to-day operation of the entire workplace

Manages timely processing of Company Vehicle Registration Card renewals
Arrange RTA Advertisement Permits for all company vehicles on a regular basis
Manages monthly rosters for Pantry Help, Doormen, Handyman, Drivers and Cleaners
Arranges company uniforms for staff; i.e. Receptionists, Drivers, Pantry Help, Doormen, Handyman and Cleaners
In-charge of all office maintenance issues and supply inventories
HR Supervisor
Efficiently and independently supervises day-to-day operation of the HR department
Responsible for providing support in the various HR functions which include Recruitment, Induction, Employee Relations, General Resources Administration and Legal Affairs
Assists in preparing official company letters such as; Offer, Warning, Termination, Bank Applications, Change of Status and Package Revisions, etc.
Handles employee appeals and grievances
Processes Final Settlement (End of Service Benefits) and handles complete Employee Separation process such as Exit Interviews, Repatriation Benefits, etc.
Manages timely processing of all UAE Visa and Labour related functions such as new visa applications, visa cancellations, visa amendments as well as trade licenses renewals, office lease, and other related activities
Assists and serves as a reliever to Payroll Department when a member goes on leave
Arranges relevant requirements to obtain Developer/Broker Cards required by RERA (Real Estate Regulation Authority) for all Sales staff; such as RERA training courses, CID Clearances and Developer Card applications
Implemented proper filing system and in-charge of HR Trackers
Manages timely processing of RERA (Real Estate Regulation Authority) and DED (Department of Economic Affairs) permits for the company’s Promotional Venue stands around Dubai, UAE
Organize and collate all required documents for Business Visa applications to countries such as: Nigeria, Angola, Ghana, Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Saudi Arabia and other GCC Countries, Schengen Union Countries, and the United Kingdom
Arranges air ticket and sources accommodation for newly-hired Managers
Assists in designing HR Processes and implementation of Company Policies and Regulations
In charge of the company’s Loyalty Awardees presented in the monthly General Meeting
Contributed in the inputs and implementation of the Human Resource Management System
