• Develop various types of financial models to value mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions
• Perform various valuation methods - comparable companies, precedents and DCF
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of live transactions
• Create presentations and other materials for client engagements.

• Review quarterly and annual financial statements before submission to SCA
• Manage investment products offered by Finance House Group and prepare/review the required product documentation (prospectus, agreements, etc…)
• Monitor investments on a regular basis and prepare periodic reports to the Management/Investment Committee/Board (quarterly presentations, proposals, etc…)
• Preparation of FHC strategic presentation on a regular basis
• Review the Capital Adequacy Report prepared by the Finance Department for onward submission to SCA on a monthly basis.

• Prepared credit proposals as per the customer’s needs and requirements, within the bank policies and parameters, and work closely with the Relationship Managers to finalize renewal of facilities, enhancements and new to bank proposals, and complete the post-approval documentation to issue the FOL’s as per agreed terms and conditions with the clients.

VIII. Review the income statement and other reports for the private banking department and ensure they are aligned with the scope;

I. Monitor the performance of the portfolio of corporate credit clients throughout the different phases of the credit process;
II. Perform a complete credit analysis and prepare credit analysis report and recommendations to the Credit Committee;
III. Continuously verify that outstanding facilities are being utilized for their requested purposes and are abiding by the bank’s credit policy;
IV. Monitor the movement of the borrower’s accounts daily to assess performance and detect irregularities;
V. Monitor the financial situation of borrower through a periodic analysis of the client’s latest financial statements;
VI. Monitor on a daily basis any excesses above facility limits and coordinate with branches for settlement of such overdrawing;
VII. Prioritize the analysis and follow-up of large and high credit risk, especially those that show signs of weakness;
VIII. Follow the settlement of discounted bills and loan accounts on specified maturities;
IX. Renew credit files on respective maturities, checking for completeness, especially from the legal side by referring to the Legal Department.
I. Developed and drove Financial Aspects in French & English speaking countries in Africa: i.e.:
Ghana, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, Benin, Reunion, Algeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Congo,
Cameroun, Cote d'Ivoire, Angola, Namibia, Togo, and Mauritius;
