• Plan and coordinate the initiation of experimental research study protocol, and the establishment of operating policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the collection of research data.
• Identifying suitable techniques for analysis of data
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of technical support staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation, manage LIMS
• Supervise and coordinate the provision of support services to researchers.
• Ensure the validity and reliability of data at all times as part of the implementation of quality management system
• Develop and maintain records of research activities, and prepares periodic reports
