Overseeing and coordinating the day to day running of projects by assisting Senior Director and Supervision Team. Also involved in the development, updating and monitoring of business and action plans.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective document control systems. Ensuring that all design documentation is accurate, up to date and accurately distributed to relevant parties.
1. Prepares payroll for confidential personnel and security guards.
2. Collecting the daily time record of security guards.
3. Recording and updating the cash bond, paraphernalia’s, uniforms and cash advances of security guards.
4. Receives telephone calls and makes appointments for the Manager and President.
5. Entertain queries of client through phone.
6. Prepares the statement of account for clients.
7. Prepares the summary collection report.
8. Prepares the monthly remittances and quarterly report.
9. Prepares cash/check voucher and follow-up checks.
10. Initial interview for applicants and tests, if need be
11. Arrange meetings & schedules of appointment of the President
12. Keep daily schedule and travel itinerary of the President within the country and outside the country
Secretaries/administrators are involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.
