I am currently working as a Presales Engineer at Crystal Networks, which is one of the most reputed Technology companies in Lebanon (CISCO Gold Partner, Fortinet Silver Partner, etc.). As a Presales Engineer, my role is to design the ultimate and cost-efficient plan for Networking, Collaboration and security infrastructures after meeting up with the client and gathering his requirements and current environment set-up. I am now held responsible for designing huge projects that can reach several millions of dollars for Lebanon and KSA.

As a QA engineer, I have written test cases, SQL queries, attended walk-through meetings with the business analysts, project managers, and business managers. I was also held responsible for assuring quality in the final product and for finding all the flaws in the system. At present, I am seeking a challenging position in your reputable institution that meets my qualifications and expectations.
