Currently taken up freelance recruitment assignment & performed full cycle recruitment of critical roles for both specialist area as well as operations for healthcare industry, as well as recruitment for other industry that includes hospitality, retail, construction, IT and manufacturing.
 Healthcare Industry: Recruited for the following positions: Specialist Doctors (Orthopedic, Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Dermatologist, Internal Medicine, Dentist, etc.), Nurses, Pharmacist, Operations, Purchase, Quality, Sales & Marketing, Customer care, Front office, etc.

 Hospitality Industry: Recruited for the following functions: Waiters, Chefs, Support staff, Operations, etc.

Job Analysis / Description-

 Prepared 110 job descriptions that included technical roles as well as support across all levels by conducting job analysis through research, market benchmarking and in liaison with the functional heads and HR Manager.

Performance Management -

 In liaison with the HR Manager, designed the Performance Appraisal form for both staff and workmen cadre.
 Listed down KPIs for each department and supported the Department Heads in measuring the right KPIs for each employee.

Learning & Development -

 Supported the L&D Manager for quarterly training engagement.
 Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.

HR Initiatives & Best Practices -
 Proposed engagement initiatives to management that are cost effective with an objective to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Staff Recruitment -
 Partnered with the Head of HR in Manpower planning across departments and have been involved in the complete recruitment life cycle.
 Designed and developed standards for competency assessment for recruitment, development and promotions of employees.

Employee Relations -
 Responsible for filing incident report & assist HR committee to conduct investigations on policy violations including work place conflicts, disciplinary issues, etc., & provide appropriate recommendation.

Training & Development -
 Developed the learning and career development strategy for ALHO and involved in its implementation to ensure that the learning plan is aligned with the corporate business needs.
 Designed training courses & programs necessary to meet training needs internally and/or managed this activity via external providers in strict adherence to the training budget.
 Equip and train managers with the skills & tools to manage their employees’ performance & development.

Performance Management -
 Created and implemented new performance evaluation process and supported the Head of HR in management of performance bonus plan.
 Monitored the quarterly performance reviews and presented the report to the management.

Career & Succession Planning -
 In collaboration with the Line Managers identified flexible career path across the organization to ensure that the potential talents can pursue different options throughout their career progression within ALHO.
 Partnered with functional heads with the use of approved methodology (Nine Box tool) to ensure the identification of critical positions and high potentials pool and presented the report to Head of HR.
Conducted annual talent review organization wide in order to track the status of the talent portfolio and bridge gaps and presented findings to Head of HR with recommendations.

Achievements:
 Initiated the Training division by introducing the four-step training process that is aligned with the organizational strategy.
 Designed and launched the training process map and the policies
 Developed a training needs assessment format (Kirkpatrick module) and rolled out the process for 2015.
 Developed employee engagement survey and involved in the entire cycle with the focus to shape high-performance cultures, improve the return on talent investments and deliver measurable business results.
 Revised the current performance management system and brought in the balanced scorecard approach to measure KPIs for the current year, 2015.
 Responsible for successful initiation of the Balanced Scorecard approach by educating and training the department heads and staff.
 Designed Job descriptions for the entire organization, department-wise right from the scratch by performing relevant job analysis and conducting benchmark study.
