Assisted in the Logistics, Procurement, and Shipment Customs Clearances for WJ Philippines, WJ South Korea, and WJ Turkey. Coordinated and supported the Operations (Qatar, Philippines, South Korea, and Turkey) in daily site operation roles, i.e. making daily, weekly, and monthly dewatering progress reports and other site documents and inquiries. Internal Auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 for the Qatar branch. Involved and assisted in reviewing Subcontract Agreements, POs, and Work Orders for incoming projects. Developed ISO audit plans, schedules, and reports in coordination with the HR Management Representative. Ensured that the Integrated Management System process owners were actively joined in any ISO external audits. Maintained and kept updating the quality management system records, including procedure enhancements, revision for changes, and overall process control reporting to the HR Management Representative.
