Monitor planograms for special occasions, Stock keeping unit (SKU) availability, maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisement, and clarify item’s specification to customers upon their request.
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greetings and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
Keep shelves clean and tidy and maintain adequate stock on the shelves, display products appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelve placement, implement and follow the planogram for Visual Merchandising, apply “FIFO” by arranging near expiry items in the front.
Ensure the on time delivery of goods by communicating with the suppliers, process deliveries and stock transfer in an efficient manner in line with company procedure, prepare the order on time.
Prepares, fix and keep updated item’s prices, ensure all the price is updated for all the items on display.
Continually verify the category assortments are fully available as per the customer requirement.
Answer phones, filling, data processing, envelope stuffing and mailing, message delivery.
Collect, count and disburse money, do basic book keeping.
Compile copy, sort and files record of office activities.
Review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond requests.
Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards, recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process. Inspect, test or measure materials being produced.
The quality control process the product quality will be maintained and the manufacturing defects will be examined and refined.
l). Starts conveyor that conveys bottles filled with alcoholic beverages through inspection machine.
Removed rejected bottles from reject tray and examines contents of bottles in front of inspection light to verify presence of solid impurities.
Drops bottles containing impurities in refuge container for disposal.
Observes bottles on conveyor to detect jamming or bottle defects such as chips and cracks.
Remove fallen or other bottles blocking or discharge openings of inspection machine and replaces bottles on conveyor, examines bottles to ascertain that labels and barcode have been correctly applied.
