Preparation, transmission and record keeping of all letters, faxes e-mails efficiently.
Maintain clear and precise records of all the transactions, communications and policies.
Process Financial Notes through e-Global System.
Assist in preparation of comparisons under General Policies based from Company Slip and Underwriter Quotations.
Assist in preparation of Slips, Policy Wordings, Market Presentations, Client Reports etc as required by the Management
Record and maintain updated activity logs i.e received and delivered documents, employee attendance, driver itinerary etc.
Supervise the driver and office boy to their day to day activities.
Handles Motor Individual Accounts
Send inclusion / deletion and certificate requests to Underwriters for Motor Individual / Fleet Policies.
Obtain and select best Motor Quotations from Underwriters and forward to Clients.
Handles Petty Cash
Responsible for Staff Hotel Bookings and prepare necessary documents.
Perform other official duties when required.
