• Manage various aspects of the Technical and Telecommunications Services Section activities such as project and operations management as well as work plans development.
• Lead and participate in specific enterprise ICT infrastructure development initiatives such as: (a) VPN/WAN/Internet connectivity; (b) firewall implementation; (c) out-sourced hosting services; (d) e-mail system; and network operating system upgrades; (e) ICT Security and network intrusion detection; (f) Internet filtering; (g) anti-spam and anti-virus detection solutions; (h) and other related enterprise infrastructure technologies including feasibility assessment, requirements, specifications, design including project plans, schedules, time and cost estimates, metrics and performance.
• Measure, track, monitor and report on project progress against plan/s, requirements, quality measures, standard processes; lead execution of the most complex aspects of projects e.g. formulation of business requirements, RFP preparation, proposal analysis, contract negotiations, service level agreements and contract management, etc.
• Participate in conceptualizing and developing ICT technological direction, tactical and work plans in the area of infrastructure and ICT enterprise services.
• Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders, field ICT staff, counterparts in other UN Agencies and vendors on all aspects of project development and implementation.
• Supervise and manage assigned project staff and resources, including distribution of work assignments, providing guidance, reviewing and reporting on performance.
• Keep abreast of changing technology; research and analyze technological alternatives and advocate appropriate use of technology to solve various ICT enterprise connectivity issues, service delivery problems and growing needs in the Agency; make recommendations for continuous service improvements.
• Develop necessary documentation, standards and technical instructions and conduct training in relation to implemented technological solution for handover to ICT operational support staff.
• Act as Officer-in-Charge for the Head, Technical and Telecommunications Services Section in the latter's absence.
Accomplishments:
• Developed Disaster Recovery Policy/Plan, Change Management Plan/Process, and Asset Management Plan/Process for UNRWA ISD. This is the first time these policies/plans/processes are defined, developed, and officiated for UNRWA ISD.
• Organize and implement the very first Disaster Recovery Test for UNRWA HQ Amman and Jordan Field Office.
• Designed, developed and implemented Network Inventory Management Project
• Project Manager for UNRWA Service Desk Project that covers HQ Amman, HQ Gaza, Jordan Field, Syria Field, and West Bank Field.

• Manage Coast360Federal Credit Union (COAST360, Used to be Government of Guam Employees Federal Credit Union) IT Department.
