Duties and Responsibilities:
• Capable of explaining all the information of the products as well as communicating the use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way
• Deliver customer services in a courteous manner.
• Assist sales and service manager in preparing and verifying invoices, products and merchandise.
• Implement best practices in sales and service activities.
• Respond to customer needs and requirements.
• Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the sales manager in order to increase sales in the showroom.
• Responsible of the proper display of the products in the showroom
• Other duties as assigned
ü Assist product presentations to potential customers, end users and endorsers such
as housing developers, architect and engineers.
ü Assist in servicing customers, especially the preparation of walk-in sales
estimates/quotation and actual measurements.
ü Handle prospecting, negotiation, and eventual closing of sales of the company’s
product lines in accordance with company policies and procedures.
ü Maintain orderly files of various sales documents and other correspondences
being handled.
ü Perform other duties as may be required by his supervisor from time to time.
ü Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,
products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
ü Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions;
preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
ü Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

prospects and improve client retention.
