Recruited candidates directly to oman, kuwait, qatar, UAE and saudi without depending on recruitment agencies
Responsibility:-
•Managed the Manpower requirements of Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and UAE regions alone.
•Report to Construction Director / Partner, Key stake holders, Site Operations Director and HR Business partner
•Provided local and overseas Manpower to construction site supervision division in Kuwait, UAE, Qatar and Oman.

Responsibility:-

Track work visa applications by coordinating with visa section
Handover documents to visa section for residency stamping and follow up till civil id receives.
In charge of 3 HR assistants handling joining formalities of overseas hires and local hires

Recruited monthly 10+ executive staff and mobilized 300+ overseas skilled and unskilled candidates
