To provide cost efficient value, reliable products, supplies and consumables that meets production quality.
Search for the most suitable quality materials at the most reasonable cost, and at the least possible time, including online procurement system.
Acquire and provide materials and parts needed.
Review inventory levels and re-order point timing.
Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, service, availability, and reliability and selection variety.
Evaluate products and services rendered by vendor.
Evaluate over-all performance of regular vendors (ISO 9001:2008)
Examine catalogs, commerce publications, directories, materials handbook, and net browsing to find the right product and source.
Attend tradeshows, exposition, conferences, conventions to benchmark on products and services, evaluate manufacturing and distribution capabilities consider all other aspects that could influence purchasing decisions.
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Ensure logical and documentation requirements of materials ordered, in transit, delivered and received.
Coordinate and facilitate funding for upcoming purchases, to keep normal operation.
Establish stable networking of source to ensure stable material supply chain.·
Handle oversea purchasing process, sourcing new suppliers / product, import process, claim process and documentation.
In charge of issuing of Purchase orders and Monitoring and controlling all oversea purchasing procedures.
Knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure to identifying the most profitable offers
Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.

Perform all activities relating to sourcing of suppliers, vendors and service contractors; to negotiate terms and conditions and assist in evaluation of tenders/quotations; prepare purchase orders; follow up on all contracts regarding delivery and resolution disputes as necessary.
Determines and develops type and/or form of tender as required, coordinating with requesters as necessary. Prepares inquiries or tenders and dispatches to selected vendors.
Evaluates vendors/suppliers commercial offers including preparing comparison sheets, coordinating with requesters regarding technical justifications of selecting expensive tenders and preparing proposals for most suitable offers to be considered by tender committee.
Prepares and issues contracts or purchase orders to the successful bidder and provides post contract support in case of any problems rose during contract execution.
Maintains correspondence with vendors on all matters relating to purchasing such as inquiries, tenders and orders, following up on any replies/action required. Determines the most economical and suitable mode of transportation and selection of the freight forwarder.
Coordinates with expeditor to expedite delivery according to the purchase order specifications, in order to meet needs of the user’s department and avoid errors in vendors’ supplies or late deliveries.

Develop inventory control models that promote lower cost of sales, shorter lead times, and reduced stock levels
Oversee the standard of merchandising to ensure appropriate presentation of stock
Collaborate with production personnel to ensure manufactured products are of consistent quality
Engage in the forecast of supply and demand to obtain information useful in improving the continuity of supply chain
Oversee the functionality of electronic ordering systems and POS systems
Supervise the maintenance of a warehouse/storeroom and ensure proper arrangement of stock
Carry out stock management operations in line with set product/retail policies and procedures
Utilize specialized programs in maintaining record of store execution performance
Conduct assessment of supply chain to identify risks and develop solutions useful in minimizing losses
Oversee the placing of orders and ensure requested goods are delivered on time
Establish and maintain good working relationships with suppliers to enable easier procurement of products
Work alongside workshops personnel to ensure required products are readily available
Ensure purchase inventory is within specified budget; readily notify the retail manager when budget is exceeded.
The objective role is to ensure that the site’s shipment/receipt scheduling processes and transportation costs are managed effectively to meet or exceed business requirements.
Maintain communications and open dialogue with Product Management, Customer Service, and other sites’ Logistics departments to ensure shipping activities meet customer, site, and business requirements.
Lead and coordinate scheduling activities at both strategic and tactical levels. Strategically, optimize schedule to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and meet targeted receipts and shipments.
Tactically, ensure receipt and shipment schedules meets plant or customer requirements and that any issues are communicated with shipping & forwarder personnel immediately.
Issue daily work instructions to detail receipt or shipping plans and provide off-shift guidance for shift coordinators and operators in the event of scheduling issues.
Deal with aspects of freight including ocean and air. Coordinate loads and deliveries for supplier. Perform administrative functions and support special project. New build, New Itineraries. Coordinate the landing and processing of items landed from the vessels, shipping coordinators and forwarding agencies.
