Duties and Responsibilities
• Must see to it that the product is properly were arrange depending on the brand specification.
• Properly Handling should be observed.
• Good in Public Relations.
• Maintaining customer services.
• Operate retail management Studio software in back hand for daily purchase entry & generate LPO.
• Maintain daily attendance, daily sales summary report & Monthly sales report.
• Generate Shop requirements by PDT Scanner and Easy track Software.
• Maintain Expiry & proper stock of Responsible products.


Customer Service/Coordinator
• Responsible for handling queries, interacting with customers o provide their needs.
• Providing high quality service and accurate information to customer.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards in dealing with clients / customers.
• Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
