Overseeing and coordinating the day to day running of projects by assisting IT managers. Also involved in the development, updating and monitoring of business and action plans.

• In full coordination for General Manager schedule/calendar, making travel arrangements including visas and accommodations.
• Screening and handling telephone communications, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate.
• Organizes and facilitates meetings and special events; schedules and coordinates dates and times, venues, attendance, agendas, and facilities; greeting and directing visitors, takes minutes, and provides administrative support and follow up on matters arising from meetings.
• Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases; establishes and maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Organize the financial budgeting and financial documentation of the department.
• Coordinate communication and contact with other departments, clients and supplier
• Creates, composes, and edits technical and/or administrative correspondence and documentation; screens and evaluates incoming and outgoing correspondence and prepares responses as appropriate
• Familiarize, understand and implement company policy, procedures, legal regulations and objectives applicable to areas of responsibility.
• Point of contact for IT Department.
• Responsible for managing and allocating work to staff though Manage Engine and conducting the problem/issue analysis before assigning to the other technician.
• Responsible for deploying, tracking and monitoring all IT tools and Equipment (Computers, laptop & peripherals, Printers, mobile and other IT Tools)
• Handling and coordinate all the accounts under Ooredoo and Vodafone for Connection request (Activation & Deactivation), Installations of services and etc.
• Responsible for Preparing and processing purchase orders and gathers good quotation from the supplier
• Responsible in Coordinating projects from inception to completion.
• Giving desktop support to the user using remote application like Lync (sharing desktop), team viewer, Ammyy Admin, Log me in etc.
