Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming job-out goods.
Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality.

Preparing delivery receipts and coordinating with Accounting Department for invoice preparation.
Helping to ship out delivery items.
Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems.
Purchasing Coordinator
Initiate contact with vendors to check availability of needed items
Confer with production manager to determine purchasing needs, preparing purchase orders and have them signed from production supervisor and manager
Assist in preparation of bidding documents and ensure that other documentation is in order
Ensure that the right amount of materials are delivered to the production pallet at the right time
Check shipments to ensure quality and quantity of purchased items
Monitor all purchase requisitions and handle adjustments with vendors
Process proof of delivery requests
Liaison with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
Sets up advertising displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
Stamps, marks or tags price on merchandise.
Obtains merchandise requested by costumer or receives merchandise selected by costumer.
Accepts payment and make it change.
Wraps or bags merchandise for costumers.
