• Worked with the participant project delivery team to ensue effective execution and delivery of Dubai Expo 2020 (World’s greatest show); over 190 countries participate in this show with over 200 food halls and Thematic.
• Performed gap analysis on the Expo Assurance standards in addition to monitoring the development and implementation of HSE systems audit template.
• Monitored performance and risk related to project; successful in developing a temporary works procedure with forms, permit to work forms, safety programme template and focus audit templates in line with the International, legal and Expo Assurance standards.
• Provided required support in developing and implementing Expo's HSQE strategy and management arrangements, developed site management and event safety standards as per business objectives of the company.

Roles:
• Assisting staff members in managing and resolving health and safety issues, also coordinating with the HSE VP and Director to develop and review construction delivery management system and critical risk standards.
• Conducting meetings with the seniors (VP and senior directors) to ensure effective implementation of Expo assurance standards across projects while focusing on improving overall standards.
• Analysing tender documents submitted by clients while conducting meetings with the contractors and consultants to give advice on legally compliant HSE resource, management plans, etc before approving plot possession to participants.
• Maintaining close communication with the Dubai Authorities and utilities providers (Dubai Municipality, Dubai South, DEWA, RTA, Etisalat) to define and integrate process and protocols with the construction activities.
• Conducting and participating in monthly health and safety forums as well as quarterly environmental forums.
• Facilitating and promoting safe working environment across Expo site; successful in transitioning all assets from the contractor to the events operations team, other business departments and external stakeholders.
