I manage new business development projects with a focus on residential, industrial and commercial real estate development.

• Conceived, tendered and project-managed $1.6m group-wide implementation of IBM Cognos Controller ERP for financial reporting, greatly improving access to accurate performance data.
• FP&A lead on deal team achieving Qtel’s first investment-grade credit ratings and highly successful $5bn bond issue through financial modeling, presentations, due diligence and bond ratings by S&P, Moody’s and Fitch.
