 Responsibilities:
①Initially served as a Civil Engineer, later promoted to Project Manager and Assistant
Engineering Manager. Transferred to Xinjiang in May 2020 as part of Evergrande s support plan.
②Independently responsible for production coordination, including annual, quarterly, and
monthly construction plans, ensuring project progress and compliance with contracts.
③Coordinated project launches, inspections, and handovers.
 Projects Managed:
①Urumqi Evergrande Century Dream City:
Led the construction of the exhibition area, ensuring timely completion and launch despite
pandemic challenges.
②Urumqi No. 8 Middle School and No. 79 Primary School Campuses:
Managed engineering tasks post-land acquisition, coordinating design and development
departments to facilitate construction.
③Qingdao Evergrande Crystal Plaza:
Organized construction teams to complete civil and mechanical renovations, as well as interior
finishing, within 90 days, ensuring on-time delivery.
④Qingdao Evergrande Golden Beach:
Assisted in the delivery of residential buildings in June and August 2018, and led the commercial
section through inspections and approvals.

①Supervised civil engineering construction for the Hengsheng Peninsula Resort Hotel project,
ensuring quality, safety, progress, and cost control.
②Managed repeated design changes and on-site rework, maintaining strict quality control.

①Coordinated on-site production resources, ensuring progress, quality, safety, and compliance
with construction standards.
②Managed cross-departmental collaboration with clients and supervision teams.
 Projects
Tangshan

From 2022 to 2023, led the establishment of the construction team from scratch, organizing
management, construction personnel, and administrative support.
From July 2023, served as the primary responsible person for all engineering projects under the
company, overseeing planning, quality, safety, and cost control.
1.Lanxang Cultural Park Project:
Completed the construction and delivery of a 65, 000㎡ project (handover in February 2024).
Currently managing 3 sub-projects:
①Employee Dormitory (7, 500㎡) in the finishing stage.
②Municipal Road Network (approximately 5 km) in pipeline installation phase
③Cultural Tourism Entrance Gate (large-span steel-concrete structure) in above-ground construction phase.
2.PhonHong Project:
Managing ongoing sub-projects:
①Comprehensive Service Building (18, 000㎡) in the decorating stage.
②Logistics Park Yard (Phase 1 covering 150, 000 ㎡), with 40% already operational.
③Steel Structure Warehouse (12, 000 ㎡) in roof installation phase, expected to be operational in the first half of 2025.
3.LuHai Project:
Completed the basic construction of the first-phase island, including a 3, 000 m³/day water treatment plant, a 3, 000 m³/day sewage treatment plant, and a 50, 000 ㎡ base.
4.Material Production Facilities:
①Completed the construction of 2 concrete mixing stations, 2 quarries, and 1 prefabrication plant, now operational.
②Currently constructing another prefabrication plant, expected to be operational in the first half of 2025.
