Job Description:
 Maintaining KPI on targets
 Supervise and assist in daily Warehouse activities for receiving and shipping spare parts goods
 People Management responsibilities including Hiring, Training, Planning and Assigning daily duties for staff working under Warehouse Supervisor.
 Conduct performance Appraisal for warehouse staff, addressing performance issues and resolve problems by providing adequate training and guidance where necessary.
 Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of Warehouse Kaizan storage principles and there by maintain accuracy of stock.
 Conferring with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments to serve internal Customers.
 Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety Regulations and Practice
 Measure and report effectively all Departmental activities.
 Maintain Warehouse work instructions for all tasks involved.
 Order departmental requirements such as technical Service, Vendor procurement etc.
 Responsible for log in system complaints with concerned department/Line Manager.
 Maintain appropriate Bin location for spare parts storage considering volume and nature.
 Determine appropriate logistics to Pick /Drop goods whenever required
 Ensure all warehouse visual control monitoring boards are updated daily.
 Ensure all stocked parts are having labels with Article numbers & Description.Receive incoming material
All system transactions is using ERP

 Issuing Raw material requested by production
 Maintain buffer stock material as per production plan
 Receive incoming material
 Update exact location of in system
 Manage FIFO
 Updating material consumption request
 Making manual record for the material issued and received in excel file

 Prepare Scrap Request Form.
 Review the storeroom material addition request and authorization.
 Fill Material Master Change Request.
 Open ticket for New IT account / Extending IT account / SAP Access / Extending SAP Validity.
 Open Purchase Order Follow up System.
 Shipment Tracking.
 Issue work order for A/C maintenance.
 Monthly Updating PM Audit files, Scorecard and Graphs every 1st day of the month.
 Posting of issued material using System Application Program (SAP)
 Scrapping of Storeroom Material in System
 Arranging and creating sticker number for newly received materials.
 Before Issuing the material requisition paper must provide by the requestor with the signature of authorized personnel
