Responsible for Initial screening of incoming work orders.
• Conducts field walk to identify and document job requirements.
• Estimate required hours on works order tasks, total work order duration and skills
required to perform the task.
• Ensures that materials/logistics are on-site prior to scheduling the job.
• Provides the Maintenance Foreman with a completed package for successful
execution of maintenance work, at minimum cost, through the SAP maintenance
system
• Plan, schedule and arrange PM/corrective maintenance activities and follow up
the field executions.
• Prepares regular and special analyses of manpower and backlog data and
recommends allocation of manpower resources to maintain the highest possible
activity levels in the Division while meeting Maintenance Goals.
• Create preventive/predictive maintenance plan through sap system.
• Create sap equipment based on equipment data collection in-line with company
PSMI or G.I.
• Assign proper maintenance strategy for the right sap equipment.
• Assign Bill of Material to sap equipment to reach company maintenance data
index KPI target.
• Schedule PM Activities through Prometheus group/Imass scheduling.
• Generate yearly PM forecast and notify proponent for the upcoming PM activities
to be prepared and prevent any PM overdue.
• Evaluate the assigned task list in the equipment if correct and do the necessary
correction.
• Generate a report to evaluate that equipment’s are in proper PM strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure Safety on site and supervise a team of multinational industrial electrician in
performing various types of job as per company’s scope of work.
• Control panel mounting/installation and cable layout prior to termination
• Wiring and cable termination according to schedule
• Cable termination and equipment testing
• Conduct final test of all the system prior to approval of the customer
• Finalize drawings and procedure before turn over to client.
Project : SIPChem and CHEVRON PHILLIPS
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Testing of Power Cable, respectively (insulation resistance test, polarization index,
lop checking)
• Transformer testing for current ratio rated 230KV - 34.5KV, 34.5KV - 3.16KV
• Transformer turns ratio test rated 230KV - 34.5KV, 34.5KV - 3.16KV
• Current Transformer Testing for medium voltage switchgear ( dc resistance test,
insulation resistance test, ratio and polarity test, saturation and burden test)
• Power Transformer Testing and Control Power Transformer Testing for medium
voltage switchgear ( insulation resistance test, ratio and polarity test)
• Lock-out relay Testing (pick-up voltage, drop-out voltage and trip voltage) and
Ammeter Testing (space heater ammeter and cubicle heater ammeter).
• Trip Test of Breaker for Low Voltage Switchgear rated 1600-3200amps breaker’s
includes (contact resistance test and insulation resistance test
Install and Test/Commissioning of Low - Medium - High Voltage Power Substation.
