• Providing excellent customer service and ensure quality food delivered to guests on a daily basis.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety.
• Supervised bar & floor operations.
• Ensure all venues open on time and that they are ready for business.
• Ensure excellent front of house service, allocate and support staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service and cleanliness of venue. Keep staff busy and productive at all times.
• Ensured proper mixing, serving, and presentation of alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks and food.
• Developed new Beverage & Cocktail menu as required.
• Ensure stock rotation occurs & Advance planning of Bar activities and stock for a week or month ahead, recording any wastage.
• Responsible for monthly inventory as well as weekly ordering of liquor and dry goods for the bar.
• Assist in cash handling procedures as required.
• Complete daily paperwork to ensure the safe running of the venues and for those standards to be monitored and maintained throughout the shift.
• Communicate with the General Manager/Club Manager on constant basis in order to keep upper management well informed of activities and significant problems.
• Cultivate relationship with vendors to grow business.
• Train Staff & ensure all venues close on time, jobs are completed at a high standard, staffs are signed off promptly, all back and front of house areas are checked and secured and that venues are in excellent order for the next day’s service.
