- Overall responsible for implementations of all
Fit-out works (offices, gym, salon, yoga and
villas) and civil works at site
- Prepare work method of statement for every scope
- Coordinates with client’s representatives, Consultants/Inspector for any site instructions, approvals and inspection of works.
- Assigns resources such as labor, materials, equipment and tools required for all civil works
- Monitors and checks quality control to ensure that project is done based on applicable standards
- Assuring correct and precise documentation of materials, inspections, and closure documentation
- Provides civil engineering and technical supports at site
- Overall responsible for implementations of all
works from structural to finishing works including fit-out works.
- Responsible for checking technical designs and drawings, risk assessment and method of statement
- Monitors and supervises daily fieldwork activities and delivery of materials for the completion of the project
- Performs other related duties as may be required by the management
- Manages site works to ensure that project is done in accordance with approved contracts and specifications

- Monitors program cost activity to achieve results within the agreed timeline and budget
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties/suppliers for the flawless execution of projects

- Monitors delivery of steel structure and ensure all materials are complete base on approved drawings
- Prepare as built plan
- Monitor and supervise erection works
- Prepares project estimates and schedules, reports and accomplishments
- Assigns resources such as labor, materials, equipment and tools required for all civil works
- Supervises and coordinates all maintenance service & repairs pertaining to building & related equipment.
- In-charge of all emergencies & ensures responsible back-up is available in order to take corrective action as necessary.
- Ensures that cleanliness & security within the premises is maintained at all time
- Oversees scheduled repairs and ensures that it is accomplished in a safe and timely manner
- Maintains accurate records of equipment & general preventive maintenance
- Provides drawing and estimates for any renovations
- Coordinate with all project related personnel on day to day progress of work activity
- Coordinate materials and assist in the logistics, its shipment and receipt in construction site
- Attend weekly meetings and prepare minutes of meetings
- Prioritizing and organizing project task into the required timeline
- Perform other related duties as may be required by the management
