Responsible for the River Section substructure budget, cost monitoring and cost control.
Evaluate and analyze monthly reported materials used in concrete production considering actual quantity and percentages of material loss that may impact the allotted budget.
Check/verify quantities as well as rates and amounts on the BOQ made by Contract department
Administer the subcontractor payment evaluation and prepare monthly Cash Flow projection.
Check and verify projected cost against Management allotted budget to be reported to the Section Manager if there is a deviation on the amount.
