 Responsible for the River Section substructure budget, cost monitoring and cost control.
 Evaluate and analyze monthly reported materials used in concrete production considering actual quantity and percentages of material loss that may impact the allotted budget.
 Check/verify quantities as well as rates and amounts on the BOQ made by Contract department
 Administer the subcontractor payment evaluation and prepare monthly Cash Flow projection.
 Check and verify projected cost against Management allotted budget to be reported to the Section Manager if there is a deviation on the amount.
