Technical Lead / Design authority
•Email to Cloud (e2C) Migration of our email service to Exchange Online (ExO). e2C was the first transformation step to move BHP Billiton's Information Services to the cloud. We successfully migrated our global email service comprising of ~50k users and ~80k mailboxes from our on-premises Exchange 2007 environment to the ExO service in our Microsoft's Office 365 Dedicated Tenancy. As part of this project we also migrated our mobile mail service from Blackberry to Exchange ActiveSync & iOS / Android devices.
•SharePoint enablement (SPe) Implementation of the SharePoint Online (SPO) service for our entire organisation. SPe successfully delivered the MySites and TeamSites functionality to BHP Billiton's workforce using SPO on Microsoft Office 365D v-Next. This second workload lays the foundation for future cloud base applications/services as well as provide the platform to replace our current on-premises eRooms and File Server infrastructure.
•Enterprise Social Collaboration (ESC) Integration of social media components like the Yammer service and Wiki web parts with SharePoint Online. ESC will enable 5 pilot groups to collaborate more efficiently across the world with the aim to provide increased productivity when executing their day to day business.

The SOEasy programme, an 8-year, USD$1B outsourcing agreement is aimed at delivering the Singapore Government’s overall goal to enable the public sector employees to work more efficiently and improve the public sector’s agility and ability to deliver quality services to the country’s citizens and businesses.

Main Achievements:
•Leading a team of IT specialists, delivering a highly resilient and secure Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure for the Singapore Government (SOEasy).
•Voting member of the Architecture Review Board and regular presenter at the Joint Architecture Forum.
•Responsible for design and implementation of the 70k seat SOEasy messaging and collaboration infrastructure based on Exchange 2007 and Office Communications Server 2007 R2 and other core work streams like Migration and Co-existence, Mobility, Application integration, Archiving and compliance.
•Liaising with Agencies at CIO/CTO level to facilitate integration of existing business processes/systems into SOEasy and at the same time drive additional business/revenue for the account.
