Self Motivated Project Engineer experienced in working Oil & Gas and Energy domains. Extensive expertise in managing multifaceted Construction Projects such as turnkey Substation, shutdown projects. Reviewing Project Plans and Proposals with Management to develop Project Objectives. Identify project responsibility by determination of the phases and elements of the project. Extensive Knowhow in Safety and Electrical Systems.
Handling the activities involving working out various requirements & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.
Executing cost saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
Implementing the safe work procedure in work place as well as assessing all modification proposals on basis of safety & statutory implications.
Team Management
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of project targets.
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
Handled projects in Automation, Electrical and Instrumentation.
Responsible for Project Schedule, progress monitoring, testing and commissioning, final hand-over at site.
