• Set-up and Develop Project QA/QC Procedures, ITP, quality management systems to effectively monitor QA/QC performance to support Project & Construction activities with EPC Contractors.
• Accountable for quality work of EPC Contractors, including review all Engineering Design deliverables and Vendor documents relating to QA/QC aspect, review all QA/QC procedures/documents prepared by Contractors/Subcontractors and supervise QA/QC activities performed by Contractors, Subcontractors and Vendors.
• Monitor and ensure Contractor QA/QC performance, QA/QC inspection and test plan, process and all QA/QC activities during Onshore Construction and Offshore T&I activities are effectively executed and complied with COMPANY & Project Specifications, design documents, applicable Codes & Standards, and acceptable work practices.
• Provide construction assurance support, performing/coordinating specific QA/QC audit activities to ensure that Engineering, Procurement/Vendor and Construction activities/deliverables comply with Project Specifications and applicable Local and International Codes & Standards.

Duties:
• Provides Quality Systems leadership using ISO 9001 standards as the basis for process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection and reporting and quality systems training
• Identify and communicate tasks and quality expectations to all members of the project team.
• Develops and maintains Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures and related documents. Review Quality manuals, documents and implementation procedures to verify compliance with industry codes and standards, regulations and regulatory commitments
• Plans and executes required audit activities (schedules, plans, reports, findings resolutions etc)
• Performs and adequately documents Internal Quality Audit to subcontractors and manages all related follow-up activities. Audits conducted to assure compliance with QCS and project standards and applicable codes.
• Effectively documents, follow up and closes corrective actions-both internal and external. Analyzes findings/issues/non-conformances identified during audits to determine program quality and identify performance trends.
• Reviews from quality perspective documents prepared by internal or external organizations such as quality manuals and procedures, technical deliverables, test plans and procedures.
• Attend kick off meetings and subsequent progress meetings with subcontractors and consultants
• Identify and report potential problem areas, particularly those that are likely to give rise to project requirements
• Provide leadership for development and implementation of design and construction quality control programs, procedures, resource allocation and training
• Qualifying, training, certifying and supervising all quality control personnel
• Regular interaction with the client, program and project management teams
• Verify that all Non-Conformance Reports or similar are auctioned and propose improvement actions in a frequent and effective basis

• Provide support in the preparation of the Method Statement, Inspection and Test Plan as the work schedule requires
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of the Project Management Plan
• Produce in conjunction with the Head of the Quality Department a Quality Plan for the project.
• Prepare suitable check sheets for inspection purposes.
• Advise the Project Manager of all project quality assurance aspects and interface problems that affect the normal progress of the project
• Verify that all Non-Conformance Reports or similar are auctioned and propose improvement actions in a frequent and effective basis
• Supervise and assure on a day to day basis the project activities
• Ensure proper storage of quality control records for all construction activities
• Ensure in conjunction with the Project Manager the timely submission of materials for approval
• Monitor the As Built information to suit contract requirements
• Respond to all audits whether undertaken by internal or external auditors
• Arrange for procedures to be in place for the safe storage and transportation materials arriving on site or being transported to site.
• Progress Report as required by Project Manager
• Provide Technical advice to the site staff as required.
• Ensure that quality is maintained on site in relation to all aspects of the project.

PROJECT ENGINEER

Involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. Ensures that goods and services are produced efficiently. To ensure the key milestone are maintained and achieved. Targets are maintained and delivered in compliance to customer target delivery date.

Duties:
• Developed project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with Client.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements.
• Determines project specifications by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Providing Method Statement of the items for the assigned project.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Coordinates with the supervisors about the status, adjustments that needs to be done in the project or item and other issues that they encountered when producing the items..
• Ensure material is delivered on time and during production.
• Ensure management of outsource operations (timing, cost) with procurement.
• Complete daily report of planned versus actual for output, machine and man hours.
• Maintain the documentation requirements in compliance to ISO 9001:2008 Standards.
• Coordinates with supervisors, production process, manpower and machinery.
• Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business’s objectives.
• Consistent production reporting to Production Manager


QA/QC ENGINEER
• Ensure that quality control plans as per contractors/clients expectation are followed religiously
• Identify problems, pose possible solutions and implement those solutions to achieve objectives of the project.
• Plan and coordinate quality control activities and conduct sessions to explain to workers the importance of following national/international quality norms/rule/regulations.
• Supervise working of quality service providers and inspectors.
• Review and approve documentation reports, contractor audits and other official reports to keep as final records.


ISO COORDINATOR

• Assist / Suggest Q.M.R. in developing training plan for management and staff.
• Ensures that inspection activities carried out at different stages in the process adhere to the Quality plan.
• Reviews with Q.M.R. the process in terms of the assignments of last meeting, documentation prepared by each member, rectification of non-conformities, achievements of quality objectives.
• Assist Q.M.R. in establishing and developing of new project developments in organization.
• Coordinate with Q.M.R. in the implementation of a quality management standard, such as ISO-9001.
• Coordinates with the personnel in the relevant departments for development of detailed procedures. Initiates actions to implement the same.

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
• To facilitate increase in production and operations efficiency, through people management, technology and business organization.
• Create and upgrade systems for goods and services distribution.
• Determine ideal locations to set up plants.
• Develop efficient processes in the engineering field.
• Establish programs of work measurement in order to guarantee fulfillment of targets and deadlines.
• Determine how best to use the work force to achieve maximum productivity.
• Give recommendations on how to improve productivity.

Quality Management Representative / DDC
• To provide assistance to the QMR in maintaining, and developing the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the cGMP and ISO standards.
• Arrange internal quality audits as per the defined frequency. Present the findings of audit results to the management.
• Maintain follow-up with the auditees in closing the identified audit observations.
• Ensure that changes in the documentation are effectively communicated to all the designated recipients.
• Involves in preparation of reports, procedures and manuals including collation and checking of data and information, standard and layout and to participate in internal audits when necessary.
• Co-ordinate with the external auditors during assessment/audit.
• Carry out any other duty as assigned by the superiors.
• Ensure all system initiatives both functional and technical, are well documented.
• Ensure that own work and that more junior document controllers on a project complies with all necessary corporate, departmental and legislative requirements and procedures, to guarantee that the necessary consistency and quality of delivery is maintained.
• Contributes to updating and improving procedures.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
• Provide overall direction of methods and standards.
• Leads and drives initiatives for excellence in productivity and manpower efficiency in operations.
• Set-up and sustain manufacturing standards and manpower planning
• Lead and implement plant layout in accordance with process and material flow requirements
• Provides standard time of products for manpower allocation and planning.
• Recommends methods for maximizing the utilization of production facilities, personnel material and equipment
• Maximize the utilization of resources to meet productivity and quality goals

Quality Assurance Head
• Responsible for supervising and coordinating of workers engaged in inspecting incoming raw materials, in process and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standard and customers specifications.
• Identifies customers purchasing and technical requirements and generate technical documentations.
• Assist the Engineering department manager to formulate, implement and maintain systems and procedures to ensure smooth operation.

Management Representative

• Directs the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems and activities including ISO certification and /or other regulatory certification, audit and compliance.
• Ensures that the Quality management systems is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001; 2000
• Responsible for reporting the top management on the performance of the quality management system for review, including recommendations for improvements.
• Acts as a liaison with external parties on matters relating to quality management systems.
