Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for receiving, logging and distributing all technical documents on a day-to-day basis and assist in coordination and monitoring of administrative activities to facilitate and expedite applicable work flows
• Responsible for strict adherence to document control procedures
• Maintain an accurate filing system for all project related records
• Expedite the review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internal documents
• Responsible for accurate distribution of documents (drawings and specifications) to appropriate stakeholders
• Periodically provide reports (Log Reports, Status Reports, etc) to the DC Manager

• Maintaining relevant documentation including contract drawings, design and tender documents as well as submittals including materials, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI), Design Variation Request (DVR), Issued for Construction (IFC).

• Input document data into the PRIMAVERA project expedition and ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
