• Maintaining optimum stock level of inventory as agreed by management.
• Stock order planning and analyzing the parts requirements for preventive maintenance to the service workshop and counter customers.
• Responsible of sending orders GCC and others countries like Renault France and Korea.
• Communicate through e-mail and phone calls with the suppliers regarding back orders and shipping status in GCC and others countries like Renault France and Renault Samsung Korea.
• Communicate to the suppliers regarding prices, stock availability and others technical issues ex. Parts receive is not the same to the parts fitted to the vehicle.
• Responsible of sending claims for Short receiving, Damage, Defective parts.
• Sending orders and receiving order status from Dragon System
• Create and supersede parts numbers.
• Update price list
• Receiving and processing orders from branches.
• Coordinate to the other department and branches regarding parts availability and ETA.
• Ensures all emergency ordered parts must deliver and issued to the customer on time.
• Installation and updating Dialogys and Web Catalog
• In charge of training salesmen on how to use Renault Dialogys system, e-EPIS system and Renault Web Catalog.
• In-charge in accessory display in showroom.
• Daily VOR report and others
• Prepares monthly payables and submit to accounts department.
• Perform other duties and responsibility as requested.
• Reporting directly to the Parts Manager and in his absence, have the authority to report directly to the Senior Manager and General Manager for department concerns.
