• Call and confirms with buyers regarding their availability, collection address, and instructions.
• Coordinate with Marketplace Sellers and other departments via phone and email.
• Responsible in sorting and transiting collected items to each respective hub.
• Plans and follow the most effective routes for delivering shipments.
• Sends daily report to the line manager

Assist clients with bank shipments, domestic and international deliveries.
Communicate with the concern department, concerning an account client’s request.
Monitor shipments from pick-up, to dispatch up until deliveries to the destination.
Create reports with regards to delayed shipments, complaints, and delivery follow-ups.
Handles operator calls.
Act as a Customer Service Support with the Call Center Projects (e.g. Groupon.com, Sporter.com, Johnny Rockets, Elevation Burger, etc.)

Answer the phone with a pleasant and clear voice. Take quick command of the conversation by asking leading questions such as "What can I do for you?" or "How may I help you?". After determining the customer's needs, the reservation agent should book the appropriate reservation and determine customer's name, phone number and any information relevant to the booking. It is important to recap any pertinent information such as date, time, city of reservation, client's special requests and contact information. Once the customer is satisfied with the transaction, thank the customer for business and ensure there are no further questions or needs of the customer.
