• Involving in day to day recruitment activities for hiring best talent across the world for Oil & GAS, EPC & POWER Sector for Outsourcing & Perm Roles.

• Maintain personal & Utilize company database for various levels of hiring needs.
• Conduct an efficient level of Screening for the candidate being hired and managing them to fit within the clients or contractors’ budget.
• Posting Adverts for all positions to hire on Company Website and other Job Boards.
• Working with Dedicated applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) for complete recruitment process.
Generating & following up on Potential Leads for future business prospects through candidates, business info & References.
• Attending Client meetings for further recruitment & business needs.
Utilizing Skills & knowledge for all types of Contract, Permanent, and Short Term & Long-term Hiring Positions.
• Worked on Multiple Job Boards & reference programs for hiring needs.
• Hands on experience on various cloud-based ATS software for smooth recruitment operations. (Bullhorn)
• Utilize all recruitment resources like Rigzone, Bayt, Naukri & LinkedIn Premium to find Executive & Technical level professionals.
