As an Admin Cashier, I processed invoices, sales orders and quotations while accepting payments (cash, card, cheque payment) with the complete details of the delivery location of the customer. Processed sales returns, commissions and customers refunds and forwarded to the Accounts Department to handle the refund and commission transactions. Handles petty cash expenses and preparing daily sales reports. Attending customers inquiries by phone calls and emails.
