-Collect timesheets of employee, Deductions, mandatory benefits and manually compute their bi monthly compensation.
- Analyzed Account receivable aging and issue Statement of account.
-Act as a Head cashier, Collects payments remitted by sales personel, make deposit slip and deposit directy to the bank. (If company liason is not around)
-Analyzed and balance payroll summary for the system entries.
-Keep track the sales invoice and encode for vat filing.
-Issue 2316
-Perform other task assigned by department head.
-Responsible for all account receivables, Reconcile them to bank.
- Issue Statement of account
-Responsible for Tracking of petty cash fund and replenishment.
-Keep track daily sales and deposits.
-Responsible for receiving payments from customers.
-Greeted the guest, making sure they got the best impression from the hotel.
-If any problem arises, I take action.
-Allign and cooperated with my crew (waiters)
