Implement the HR strategy in operations. Ensure that day to day operations is aligned with culture and HR standards of the business and the HR function is focused on the critical business imperatives. Operates in accordance with strategic directions and priorities for the business

Resource Planning and Talent Acquisition
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process for open positions as needed in an efficient and cost-effective way. Activities include coordinate job positing, liaise with employment agencies on recruitment needs, screen and shortlist job applications, compliance to regulatory requirements, coordinate and conduct interview with hiring managers.
• Ensure all necessary processes and procedures pertaining to hiring, onboarding, probation, confirmation and cessation of employees are promptly implemented in accordance to set requirements and standards.
• Coordinate and conduct New Employee Orientation Program. Administer on-boarding process and activities.
HR Programs and Processes
• Partner with HR Director to develop and deploy HR policies, procedures and guidelines in the Plant.
• Maintain and ensure associates’ personnel-file and records are compliance to local regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Coordinate and support on Mobility such as work pass application, renewal and cancellation as applicable.
• Manage statutory manpower reports and surveys, and monthly HR reports.
Employee Engagement / Programs
• Support HR Director and Leadership Team in the deployment of employee programs and initiatives to build a winning culture and sustain employee engagement to support business goals.
• Deploy health and wellness campaigns, work closely with all functional leaders to promote and sustain a healthy workplace.
Plant Administration
• Manage and coordinate Plant communication routines and plant events such as Town Hall, Plant meetings, annual team building, etc.
• Manage Corporate Social Responsible programs and deploy Coca-Cola Ambassador and Associate well-being initiatives in the plant.
• Preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings.
• Providing administrative support to HR Director, Commercial Director and Trade Marketing Director
• Management and coordination related to travel plan, accommodation and transportation.
Facilities Management
• Source and manage contract service providers such as security, cafeteria, cleaning services, transportation, landscaping, and laundry.
• Manage office equipment and supplies such as uniforms, PPE, photocopy and fax machines rental, stationaries, company car, etc. including inventory management, price negotiation and supplier management.
• Monthly monitoring and reporting of OPEX spending to Finance.
• Monitor regular safety committee meetings are held in all the units and action plans are implemented.
• To work out fire escape drills quarterly and train all associates in first aid management

Learning and Development
• Assist in conduct training needs analysis, work with Leadership Team and functional leads to develop training interventions and solutions to build organizational capability in the organization.
• Collaborate with internal/external trainers and subject matter experts to develop and implement effective training programs including curriculum and course design.
• Coordinate and administer training programs including preparation of training materials, and maintenance of training records and documentation.
