•Responsible for Creating, Implementing, and Monitoring company HSE Objectives and Targets to enhance workforce knowledge on EHS aspects and to reduce the rate of incidents.
•Conducts HSE Meetings with company employees in different levels and functions (Shop floor Employees, Supervisors and Managers, Top Management Etc…)
•Reviews and approves Risk Assessments, Method of statement, Job Safety Analysis and Permit to works.
•Responsible for making Monthly HSE performance report to be presented to Top management for Monthly Safety KPI’s Update, expense, Highlights, and Concerns.
•Responsible for making HSE Budget, Monitoring, and Approving Expenditures.
•Responsible for maintaining companies ISO 45001:2018 compliance and certification.
•Conducts Audit on ISO 45001: 2018 and OSHAD Criteria on Operations and other functional Departments
•Responsible for maintaining company compliance on Local, and National Regulation that relates to Safety and Environment.
•Responsible for streamlining companies waste management process as per the Local Regulatory and SRA Requirements.
•Responsible for monitoring Fire Alarm and Firefighting system of the company handling AMC Providers
•Responsible for Maintaining Pest Control Activity at site with Service Provider.
•Conducts scheduled Mock Drills (Fire and Chemical Spill) to enhance the workforce preparedness in case of a real Incident.
•Conducts site Inspection and hazard identification and reporting to department heads /Manager for corrective Action.
•Conducts Investigation on Incidents using standard applicable Methods
• Managed a group of 4 engineers, and communicates effectively on the team involved in the project implementation.
• Responsible for completing the project on schedule, within the budget, and within project specifications.
• Reviews design works and Site construction plans.
• Prepared an As-built plan using AutoCAD.
• Communicates effectively with client’s engineers to request for inspection, witness sampling and Testing, and to address project concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations

• Evaluates Variation Orders.
• Prepares Materials Take off of a Bridge and Bypass/Diversion Road Opening project.
• Monitors subcontractors’ weekly accomplishments and billing for budget monitoring.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures.
• Submits weekly cost report based on weekly project accomplishment update.
