• Handle and resolve all claim corrections and feedback as necessary.
• Analyze problems, identify trends, and develop strategies for maximizing claim process.

• Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
• Purchase and order spare parts requirement for workshop, customer, and supplier
• Receive and count stock items, record data on system and deliver to the storage area. Purchasing, ordering, sourcing, canvassing, receipt, storage and issuance of parts and supplies.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.

• Assist and attend customer request and inquiry for the car complaint.
• Explain to customers what repairs are required, the cost, and the length of time necessary to complete the repairs.
• Maintain communications with the technician for any additional job and status of vehicle.
• Monitor and update customers for any work progress of the vehicle.
• Performed final inspection of the vehicle upon delivery and explained to the customer the necessary job done for his car and complaint.
