• Primary point of contact for global relocation management companies and their partner companies in UAE for providing mobility services and managing their expectations on the service delivery in UAE according to service level agreement ( SLA).
• Designed, developed and assessed the supply chain process flow for 6000 employees relocating to UAE and presented to world’s leading healthcare clinic in Abu Dhabi.
• Trained and managed 11 consultants of 5 different nationalities located in Middle East region offices for various types of mobility services by creating an effective operational strategy involving the service parameters.
• Developed working knowledge of housing process in Saudi Arabia and Doha.
• Identified needs and manages the expectations of the family relocating to Middle East through a pre briefing call and providing recommendations on their immigration, housing, schooling and settling-in.
• Evaluated the supply chain operations through mid-service feedback and by supervising the performance of the consultants and ensured the quality of service delivery and expectations of the customers are met
• Conducted revenue, margin and cost analysis of each services provided and developed a report on the areas of cost generation and developed a plan for service delivery effectiveness for the accounts managed.
• Reviews tenancy agreement and negotiates the clauses of the addendum with the landlord and real estate agents in accordance with legal regulations governing the city of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Works closely with the local team of human resources of leading companies in IT and telecommunication sectors in providing relocation services for their executives.

Visited Shanghai for seven days as part of China Symposium meeting with executives and CEO's to understand the business practices in China and visiting companies Reuters, Coca-cola and taking part in the corporate discussions.
