 Provide feedback to architects or engineers on drafts of blueprints, sketches or other drawings that need improvement
 Communicating with structural engineers to gather information about project objectives and details
 Keep close coordination with Architects, MEP and other engineering discipline during design stage
 Attend technical/ management meetings before and during project construction
 Maintaining databases of project details such as floor plans, shops drawings and construction schedules
 Analyzing survey reports, long range plans, maps and other data to design new projects
 Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk analysis stage
 Resolve other civil engineers’ design and development issues
 Review of drawings in line with project specifications and company standards
 Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production, processes and regulatory compliance
 Conduct field inspection and ensure construction plan meet guidelines, specifications and other regulations
 Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Manager

 Supervising and coordinating the work of multiple contractors on site
 Preparing quantity computation and cost estimates of various projects
 Review of plans, technical specifications, detailed cost estimates and variation orders
 Assist in documentation of the project, prepares monitoring list of tender drawings, approved shop drawings, and for constructions drawings and its changes
 Assist in the evaluation of change orders and claims, evaluation of estimates of various works and make necessary recommendation
 Daily random inspection of all on-going projects
 Preparing working drawings, shop drawings using AutoCAD
 Schedule materials, equipment purchases and deliveries
 Make sure the projects complies with legal authority requirements with respect to health and safety
 Preparing site reports and filling in other paper work
 Provide technical advice and solving problem on sites
 Coordinate with project managers with regards to construction work schedule
 Delivers projects assets on time and under budget
