• Handling full cycle of Talent Acquisition function.

Responsibilities:
(HR / Talent Acquisition - Payroll - Employee relations)
• Handling Full employment life cycle from onboarding till off-boarding formalities for new joiners and leavers in a professional manner.
• Handling meetings and coordination between Department Heads/Management and HR based on the business needs.
• Handling the resourcing/Manpower requirements for several projects.
• Responsible for preparing & submitting MIS report (Management information system) for management review/ monthly: overall Cost and headcount by location and business unit.
• Providing several analysis & Cost reports as per the business needs.
• Resolving any discrepancies surrounding payroll & HR issues.
• Responsible for running, checking and submitting payroll to management and finance for monthly process.
• Experienced in developing new payrolls.
• Making sure all payroll accounts are balanced.
• Applying several checking methods to ensure all employees are paid as eligible.
• Collaboration with accounts to ensure proper payroll process.
• Monitoring action sheets & file verifications.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining the recruitment process in the organization.
• Managing and developing the team of Recruiters.
• Assessing training needs and advising management accordingly.
• Handling talent management, Performance appraisal process & succession planning.
• Preparing annual forecasting & planning survey for the CEO’s review.

• Exploring the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implementing appropriate best practices in the organization.
• Building a quality relationship with internal customers.
