Leading a team of HSE Professional in various location and project sites. Advising the operations on the risk levels and mitigation cost on the new projects, evaluation of risk in the pre bidding stage. Reviewing the policies and manuals on periodic basis. Managing the HSE resource and annual budget. Monitoring the HSE Performance, lagging indicators, leading indicators and the tolerances within the limit. Organizing HSE Campaigns, planning IMS audits, Gap analysis, work place inspections, providing trainings, and managing training needs, managing the HSE management system records and documents, review in periodic basis.
Accident investigation and preventive action. Performance appraisal. Managing the subcontractors.
Ensure the continual improvement. Health surveillance, welfare and hygiene monitoring
Managing HSE in Oil and Gas Projects, Ensure the company HSE policy and procedures are
fulfilled in the project sites, managing the sub-contractors, coordinating with the client and
consultant HSE team. Preparation of Project specific HSE Plan, Training Plan, Risk Register,
Legal Register etc.
As an EPC contractor, the main responsibility was to coordinate with the Client and the subcontractors.
Identify the HSE requirements of client and local legislation and ensure the same is
understood and followed by the sub-contractors. Liaison with labor commissioner, providing
necessary information regarding the projects. Reporting of accidents to regulatory authority.
Evaluation of the sub-contractors capability in managing HSE at Site.
Providing technical advice on the requirement of PPE and fire fighting system, alarm system,
detection system to the customers. Attend technical demonstration by the manufactures and act
as a representative for the manufacturer in the market. Providing training and assistance to the
sales and service team.
Procuring of safety critical equipment's etc.
Oversee HSE in the installation of Fire fighting system, detection and alarm system.
Commissioning of the system, training and maintenance.
