• Dealt with various levels of jobs (Senior, Head of Department, Specialist, Executive, Consultant, Coordinator, Assistant) in addition to my work on technical specialized jobs Working on all the details of the recruitment cycle, starting from receiving the recruitment requirement and ending with the client’s approval of the candidates and following up with them to collect data to complete the recruitment process.
• Worked with many government companies in various fields such as energy, economic, Education, health, social, investment, and other fields like Marine Services
• Handling various requirements such as technical jobs, jobs that require certain certificates, temporary or permanent jobs, for different government and private companies etc.
• The ability to head-hunt specially in high-level jobs.
• Dealing a line with the human resources department to provide support and follow-up after selecting the most suitable candidate for the job.
• Sometimes communicating with clients directly to get some clarification for better understanding of what their requirements for this requested vacancy.
• Supervising the Recruitment campaigns starting from the sourcing process, make the schedule for the interviews, following up the candidates and support the client till the end of the campaign.
• Facilitated on-boarding and off-boarding of candidates
• Ensuring collection of databases of candidate and employee records and using them effectively as needed.
• Effectively utilizing online recruitment options such as social media platforms including but not limited to; Naukri gulf, Monster, and networking forums.
• Attracting competencies and qualifications that match the job requirements and the client’s requirements for the proposed job.
• Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements, setting assessments and selecting candidates based on calling interviews, in-person or online interviews.
• Candidate Management throughout the process from sourcing, interviewing, assessments up to contract signing
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Providing support to government agencies to facilitate access to Emirati national candidates for part of the contribution to Emiratization campaigns.
• Communication with universities to maintain a database of UAE nationals to keep pace with employment requirements and provide opportunities to accommodate them in the organization as internal training and permanent employment.
• Helping the team leader as needed.
• Handling recruitment requests in different domains (direct heir, outsource, high positions, and for different government and private companies).
• Send job offers and contact the candidates, by phone, e-mail and face to face, to ensure that the submitted offer is clear and to ensure that all questions of the candidate are answered before the interview date.

HR Admin Assistant (HR & Recruitment Department)
The responsibilities:
• Collect and verify documents completeness quality received from new employment.
• Coordinate with employees for any additional or missing documents.
• Doing call conversation with the candidates, employees and clients as requested, and answering the calls in the reception office.
• Assist in preparing reports and analysis.
• Building good relationships with the candidates and new employees.
• Create employee files both electronically and physically.
• Record and update employee information in our Mater Excel file.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Well versed in classical Arabic to respond to official emails from government agencies
• Cooperating with all the employees and the management in the tasks, as needed and support them in all what they need.
• Collected the documents to issue CICPA and OPTIMA and created recruitment status reports .
• Prepare Payroll.

Admin/Hr Assistant /Secretary /Employee Relations Assistant في ADNOC Refining

● Rendered start-to-end support for documentation and record-keeping of critical information through the timely completion of scanning, photocopying and filing tasks.
● Directed Administrative Activities for ongoing projects of the company and handled scanning, photocopying and filing of critical project documents.
● Led and managed the process of preparing memos, assigning reference numbers, updating records, and distributing letters using transmittal sheet.
