Planning, managing and preparing marketing activities in a monthly basis. Creates and manages websites and other IT related matters. Designing and drafting designs to be used on advertisements (brochures, newspaper, etc.). Coordinating with companies such as Gulf News with regards to media booking orders. Overseeing advertisement projects from designing to printing up to distribution. Managing, monitoring and posting online marketing content in social networks such as Facebook, YouTube, Dubizzle, Propertyfinder, GNAds, etc.. Handles the video editing, site photo /video shoots and prepares presentations or reports. Monitors and research the current market value of each property. Receiving inquiries from clients with regards to different services being provided;

Assuring the success of marketing activities through prompt and punctual scheduling the deliveries of advertising materials. Reducing cost and controlling the budget without affecting the efficiency of the department’s system and service.
