Liaising with statutory, internal & government auditors.
Assisting senior management in preparing budgets, projections, future cashflows
Automating generation of reports and reducing time on management reporting
Assisting the management in generating and formulating reports from ERP system
Statutory and tax audits of large and medium sized companies. The major clients handled are Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL) (Custodian and Depository Participant), GMM Pfaudler Ltd., Godrej Industries Ltd. and Godrej Consumer Products Ltd.
Compilation of Long Format Audit Report (LFAR) of Bank of Baroda.
Special assignments which include Investigation of Broker accounts.
