Construction, Evacuation Centers, Small-scale Bridges and Flood Control
Liaising with the Provincial Office Engineers and Local Government Units (Mayors and Municipal Engineers) re review result (comments and recommendations) of their documentary requirements i.e. Program of Work, Estimates and Plans
Coordinate with other National Government Agencies re the existing project implementation memorandum and ruling
Site validation and monitoring of the projects
Provision of technical assistance i.e. Preparation of Program of Work, Estimates and Plans, and ePANET diagram and analysis (for water projects)
Updating of the bi-monthly reports re the financial and physical status of all projects
Preparation of technical documents i.e. Program of Work, Estimates and Plans, Quantity and Labor Derivations, etc.
Facilitate Barangay- and Municipal-level meetings and assemblies e.g. Pre-Implementation Workshops, Laborers' Meetings, and during Procurement Stage
Monitoring of sub-projects (on-site and documentary) in weekly basis including weekends when need arises
Inspection and supervision in the construction site
Liaising with supplier on purchase and delivery of materials
