Overhauling of centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, job like dismantle and assembly, befre remove the coupling and suction & discharge lines, after remove all parts, inspection like any parts damage, wear, bend. after finish inspection take assembly, while assembly take clearance and run out & float check on shaft, after finish assembly driver to driven take alignment like arrenge straight line

Jobs in flow lines like, by pass line opening and closing in low torque valves, and changing the orifice plate, take the separator reading, pressure control valve, oil level controller, gas pressure controller

Routine checkup and maitenance to equipments and repair and overhauling jobs to Centrifugal pumps, Material reconciliation to working equipments make list And Quality control/Quality assurance would like welding joints to radio graphic, post weld head treatment, die penetrent test after finish the tests make list LHS etc
