Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).
Take of quantities from ISO drawings and detail drawings for piping, Structure, and mechanical works.
Preparation of Cost Summary Sheet and submit to client for Invoicing.
Weekly Progress update in Mile marker & PROM Database.

Advising construction team on cost effective construction methods
Preparation and submission of monthly invoice to Contractor & Certification from Contractor.
• Submission of initial estimates to Client to generate PO or WI.
• Ensure job orders are evaluated for payment in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contracts.
• Timely submission of monthly valuations.
• Site verification where deemed necessary, based on the experience of the QS.
• Preparation of Partial and final account.
• Recording and tracking of the evaluation.
• Understanding of any change in Scope of Work/Service
• Evaluation of Additional works, Scope changes and ensuring these are reimbursed in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
